Privacy Policy

The short version: your suspension notice and your answers are used for one thing only — generating your document. They are never used to train AI models, never shared or sold, and deleted from our systems within 30 days.

1. What we collect

Content you paste or type: your Amazon suspension/deactivation notice, your answers to the guided questions, and (if you use the rewrite service) Amazon's rejection message.
Contact details: the email address you provide for delivery of your document and receipt.
Payment information: payments are processed by Creem (our merchant of record). We never see or store your card number or full payment details.
Usage analytics: basic, aggregated site analytics (pages visited, button clicks) to understand how the site is used.

2. How we use it

To generate your Plan of Action document and deliver it to you.
To provide the free rewrite if Amazon rejects your appeal.
To send you your receipt and your document by email.
To respond to support and refund requests.

3. What we never do with your content

We understand your suspension notice can contain sensitive business information (supplier names, ASINs, performance data). Therefore:

Your content is never used to train AI models — ours or anyone else's.
Your content is never shared with, sold to, or disclosed to third parties, except the AI infrastructure provider that processes it solely to generate your document (which is contractually barred from training on it).
Your content is deleted from our systems within 30 days of your purchase. If you never purchase, pasted content is not retained beyond what is needed to show you your result.

4. Data retention

Suspension notices, question answers, and generated documents: deleted within 30 days of purchase.
Order records (email, order ID, amount) are kept as required for accounting and refund handling.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use minimal analytics to measure whether the site works (visits, clicks, purchases). Because we advertise on Google, this site also uses Google's ad conversion measurement tag (Google Ads), which tells us whether an ad click led to a visit or purchase. We do not use these tools to build advertising profiles of you, and your pasted content (Section 3) is never shared with any analytics or advertising service.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or request immediate deletion (ahead of the 30-day schedule), at any time by emailing support@planofactiontemplate.com. We respond within 48 hours.
