Common requests
- Free rewrite after a rejection: reply to your delivery email (or write to support) with Amazon's rejection message pasted in. Your revised POA will be generated against the reviewer's feedback.
- Refunds: if after the rewrite your account still isn't reinstated, email us from your purchase email. Full refund, processed within 24 hours, no proof required. Details in the Terms of Service, Section 4.
- Didn't receive your document: check spam first; if it's not there, email us and we'll resend it right away.
- Data deletion: want your notice and document deleted before the automatic 30-day deletion? One email and it's done. See the Privacy Policy.
