1. What PlanOfActionTemplate.com is

PlanOfActionTemplate.com ("the Service") is a software tool that generates appeal documents — Plans of Action ("POA") — for sellers whose Amazon accounts or listings have been suspended or deactivated. The tool reads the suspension notice you provide and your answers to guided questions, and generates a document for you to review, edit, and submit to Amazon yourself.

2. What PlanOfActionTemplate.com is not

Not legal advice. The Service is a document-generation tool. It does not provide legal advice or legal services, is not a law firm, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using it. For legal advice, consult a licensed attorney.
Not affiliated with Amazon. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. References to "Amazon" describe only the platform the generated documents are intended for.
Not a representative service. We do not access your Amazon account, do not communicate with Amazon on your behalf, and do not submit anything for you. You remain in full control of your account and your appeal.

3. No guarantee of outcome

Reinstatement decisions are made solely by Amazon at its discretion. We do not and cannot guarantee that your account or listing will be reinstated, and we make no representations about success rates. What we do promise is set out in Section 4 below.

4. Rewrite and refund policy

Free rewrite: if Amazon rejects the appeal built with your generated POA, you may submit Amazon's rejection message and receive one revised POA that addresses the reviewer's feedback, at no extra charge.
Full refund: if, after using the rewrite, your account or listing is still not reinstated, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. Email support@planofactiontemplate.com from the email used at purchase. No proof or documentation is required.
Refund requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

5. Your responsibilities

You confirm the suspension notice and answers you provide are truthful and relate to your own account.
You are responsible for reviewing the generated document before submitting it to Amazon, and for the accuracy of everything you submit to Amazon.
You agree not to use the Service to generate documents containing information you know to be false.

6. Payment

The Service is a one-time purchase of $49 USD per Plan of Action (including the rewrite described in Section 4). Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Prices are shown before checkout; there are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of PlanOfActionTemplate.com arising out of or related to the Service — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Service. The Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost sales, lost profits, loss of business, or the suspension or closure of your Amazon account, which occurred and remains under Amazon's control independent of the Service.

8. Intellectual property

Once delivered, the generated document is yours to use, edit, and submit freely. The Service's software, site content, and know-how remain the property of PlanOfActionTemplate.com.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will not retroactively reduce the rewrite or refund rights attached to a purchase you already made.
